Kiera vs. Winona !?

Anyone else who think they pretty much have the same face?

Miranda Kerr - Fashion Icon

This dress is so adorable, the design is splendid, I would totally wear this one as a party dress.

Runway fashion! Gorgeous!

Yaay! So Yaiya-like.

Fashion Icon - Alexa Chung

She got some style this lady!

Gina Tricot has a new model

Gina Tricot has switched model from Noweigan Pernille Holmboe to Brazilian Emanuela De Paula which in my opinon is a huge upgrade. What do you think?

Celebrity outfits

Stunning, Stunning and beyond Stunning! Penelope Cruz is showing off an old Hollywood glamour look in this gorgeous red satin draped Chanel gown. Pure Perfection. Very Christmas also.

Fergie looks like a grecian goddess in this amazing one-shouldered Marchesa dress adorned with a beautiful silver embellished belt and clutch. Greek = pure love.

Rihanna looks beyond fabulous in this amazing sparkly extremely bold shoulders Alexandre Vauthier dress. I really love the shoudlers, and the cuts.

Celebrity outfits

Katherine Heigl (left) in a wonderful dress (she's also wonderful in Grey's Anatomy) and Zoe Saldana (right) in a creation from Roland Mouret gown. She's wearing something beyond perfection.

Celebrity outfits

Thandie Newton is a gorgeous woman, the dress is adorable, colours, the big ribbon. Hair looks great to this outfit.

Kerry Washington looks magnificent in this white tulle strapless Marchesa princess dress. Pure perfection from head to toe! Angel.

Zoe Saldana is always beautiful no matter what she's wearing, this dress is simple but it's cute + I always love white.

Saleisha Stowers, loved her on Top Model. Hair on the right pic is amazing and the dress is to die for. Left pic, simple and comft but still wonderful.

Alessandra Ambrosio, stunning top fashion model. Gorgeous style, very strict and busniess woman-like. Sexy as hell!

Red Carpet Buzz: Katy Perry

The stylish singer prepares to host the EMAs

Just two months after her British beau Russell Brand emceed the VMAs, Katy Perry is serving as host of this years European Music Awards.

The sassy songstress appeared at a Berlin press conference in a frothy pastel chiffon-and-feather frock by Jenny Packham, making us ponder her sartorial choices for the big event.

YAIYA: "This dress is a magnificant piece and Katy is looking sensational and classy."

Kristen Stewart

Loving the dress but not her hair or shoes. BIG NO-NO!

Shoulder pads on naked skin

Shoulder pads designed by Keko Hainswheeler, customized by Swarovski elements. This is the most fricking awesome thing I've seen in a while. SALUTE, and Natalie Portman is looking stunning as ever, make-up is also fantastic.

David Militello, 9 year old boy with autism singing with the voice of an angel

Rachel McAdams

With white you're always right. Go Rachel McAdams!

Ashlee Simpson in blue bodysuit

I have a blue period. I just love every blue piece I can find, if it comes with shorts even better.

Fashion Fergie

I'm not the biggest fan of Fergie and her style, but I came across these pictures and I like it a lot. She looks very well put togther and fashionable. What is your opinion?

Cute Jessica Stroup

This colour is a hard colour to pull off but Jessica is totally pulling it off. The shoes and the hair goes great with this blue little dress. It's simple and clean but she looks like star.

Iman

Another hot former model, who never ages, Iman looked simple & stunning in this strapless origami style cream Donna Karan gown. Love this dress, I'm so weak for silky whites.

Eva Mendes

The ever so fabulous Eva Mendes never fails to bring her fashion A-Game no matter what red carpet she is on, and this night was no different. She looked amazing in this shimmering Calvin Klein dress. So beautiful I'm lost for words.

Molly Sims is golden

Great look! Molly Sims embodied the “model as muse” theme in this gold Dolce & Gabbana number! This dress is unbelivable, especially from the side, but lose the bag Molly.

Agyness Deyn dream dress

They usually funky Agyness Deyn went retro Hollywood glam in this silver Burberry gown. While she kept it simple in this shiny silver dress, and minimal accessories, her hair & make-up stole the show. I fell absolutely in LOVE with this dress. So classic, I feel like I'm dying.

Party Time! How to Pull Off Orange Lips

Scarlett and Rihanna are puckering up to this trend—here’s how you can too

Ruby lips are classic—and more popular than ever for fall and winter. But if you dare to be different, let a fiery orange pout do the talking. Celebrities like Scarlett Johansson, Rihanna, and Chloë Sevigny have been rocking this trend all over Hollywood, and according to makeup artist Polly Osmond, the bold color is “a great alternative” to red.

For those wary of exploring their wild side, however, Osmond says the loudmouth hue can be tailored and tamed accordingly. Suggesting a “burnt orange with red and brown in it” for darker skin tones and a “cool yellow or blue-based” version for lighter complexions, Osmond says you can ease into your signature citrus gently. “Initially, you might dab color on so that the orange lip is sheer, not heavy,” she explains.

Lipsticks Osmond likes: M.A.C’s So Chaud (a reddish-brown orange) and Morange (a cool, bluish mandarin).

YAIYA: "Even though I think Scarlett's lips look red on this picture I totally get the look and I did the orange lips 2006 actually, I'm glad it in now so I can start rocking it again."

Red Carpet Buzz: Blake Lively

The Gossip Girl beauty's Versace gown turns heads at the Emmy Awards

At the 61st Emmy Awards last night, Blake Lively and Leighton Meester took the stage together to present the award for directing in a comedy series.
That honor went to The Office’s Jeffrey Blitz, but we were equally absorbed by another hotly debated contest: which of the two Gossip Girl beauties was better dressed.

Lively
wore a fiery Versace frock with a plunging neckline (and rocked an on-trend-for-spring braid), while Meester looked like a goddess in a sweeping white Bottega Veneta gown. Don't make us choose.

YAIYA: "Since I'm a complete fool for white, dreamy gowns, I'm rooting for the Bottega Veneta dress, which is the one I would wear, it looks greek! But in comparishment to Lively in the red one she is pulling-it-off way better than Meester."

The stars come out at London Fashion Week

The new collections at London Fashion Week is always something to look forwards too, but this season, the star-studded action off the catwalk has been grabbing our attention too.

Yesterday the A-list turned out in force to see some of the week's hottest shows. We had our first front-row glimpse of Kate Moss who caused a paparazzi frenzy when she sat between Philip Green and his daughter at Topshop Unique, and she wasn't the only familiar face we spotted. The City's Olivia Palermo had flown in from New York to see the show, she was joined by Peaches Geldof, Alexa Chung, Jaime Winstone, Leigh Lezark, Twiggy and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, and Jourdan Dunn who was sporting the neatest of baby bumps.

The high-street giant wasn't the only label to pull in the celebrities - Vivienne Westwood, Julien Macdonald and Matthew Williamson all had star-studded front rows - and after-dark the famous fashion followers hit the parties too. Last night's hottest tickets? Philip Green threw an exclusive dinner and party at The Ivy, Mulberry entertained the crowds at Claridges with a fun-fair themed bash that featured a live performance from the Friendly Fires, and Vivienne Westwood celebrated her show's success in style. Topshop's star guests were Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and, and it was something of a model love-in with Eva Herzigova, Anouck Lepere, Jaquetta Wheeler, Yasmin le Bon, Lily Donaldson and Natalia Vodianova all present.

Post-dinner the guests were serenaded by Bryan Ferry, and Kate let the way onto the dancefloor. Vivienne Westwood put in an appearance before heading off to her own after-party, where she played host to all of London's bright young things including the star models of her show, Pixie Geldof and Daisy Lowe. Erin O'Connor showed some serious stamina by working her way round all three parties with designer Hannah Marshall in tow. We hope they're not all partied out - tonight there are even more to attend including the private view of SHOWStudio's FashionRevolution exhibition and both Christopher Kane and Luella's after-show dos.

Entertainment / Red Carpet Red Carpet Buzz: Taylor Swift

The country-pop sensation sparkles in a sequined number at the VMAs

In one of the MTV Video Music Awards’ most unpredictable moments last night, Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for her Best Female Video win to say that Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” is “one of the greatest videos of all time.”

Swift handled the outburst with grace, looking perfectly elegant in a Kaufmanfranco gown adorned with sparkling silver sequins.

Source: ELLE

YAIYA: "I've already said this, but Iäll say it again, stupid, stupid statement Kanye. Even though I agree about Beyoncé there is no way in hell I would go up  on stage and do such an awful thing to another hard-working artist who in the moment had one of the happiest moments in her life"

Marc Jacobs goes gaga for Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga joins Madonna and Jesus at Marc Jacobs.

Despite having Madonna and Jesus Luz in the front row (apparently Madge called Marc just three hours before his spring 2010 show asking for tickets, which as Marc's Louis Vuitton model she got of course), all eyes were on Lady Gaga at New York's State Armoury last night.

In a Mary Poppins hat, harlequin mask, white PVC mac and studded Marc clutch, Gaga arrived late for the show (which started on time) and watched from the wings with various tardy members of the fashion press who also didn't get to their seats in time. (Note to ed's: Marc shows are now on time.) But MJ wasn't holding that against her, as later she was the guest of honour at his after-show party where she performed in head-to-toe see-through red lace, sporting a spikey blonde mohican.

YAIYA: "Whatever media says about Lady Gaga today, dot dot dot I still think Madonna is the greatest woman ever set foot on this earth."
